This post is going to be short and sweet. I started the day with my mango coconut water smoothie.
I found these at the Asian market. It tastes really good and fresh. The middle was still a little frozen and it was like eating durian ice cream! If finding the durian wasn’t enough, guess what I got?
Next week I’m going to keep it simple. I love trying new fruits but it can be a little taxing financially (not that I have a problem with that, my health is worth it) and some of the fruit I’ve been eating hasn’t been as water rich as I’ve been planning to eat during this feast.
So I’ll be eating more melons, citrus fruits, and berries.
